As the millennial-dominated market’s go-to solution to fast and convenient Boardwalk shopping, the app connects customers to the brand’s ever-growing network of Personal Shoppers to address their immediate shopping needs. Its GPS-aided location tracking shows the Personal Shoppers by area that allows customers to choose and transact with the nearest one to him or her.
Other features like the the E-Catalog, Chat, and Order Status make sure that set transactions have timely information and are kept on track. A special feature of the app is Personal Shopper Review that shows customers’ feedback on Personal Shoppers. Each Personal Shopper account has its own record or reviews that can influence an account-viewing customer’s opinion about the Personal Shopper.
The app is set to be released in June 2017.
